TillKiller Live

TillKiller is the point-of-sale app for clubs that run their own bar — volunteer fire brigades, sports clubs, RSAs, social clubs and community halls. It replaces the honesty book, the cashbox and the whiteboard tabs with one tablet behind the bar that adds itself up. Built for the way clubs actually work: often there's no paid bartender, just members serving members. TillKiller is designed for exactly that. TRUST IS A DIAL, NOT A POLICY Every club trusts differently, so trust is a setting you turn as your club grows: • PIN-checked tabs — every charge to a member's tab is confirmed with that member's PIN. • High-trust mode — skip the PINs; anyone behind the bar can charge any tab, with a full audit trail either way. • Self-serve — members sign in on the tablet, ring up their own drinks, charge their tab, and are signed out the moment they're done. FRIDAY NIGHT, HANDLED • Member tabs with running balances and statements members can read themselves. • One-tap shouts ("this round's on Dave") and club-pays nights. • Cash sessions with an opening float and expected-vs-counted reconciliation at close. • The till always shows who's being served — with their live tab balance on screen if you want it. • Refunds with a full paper trail, gated to managers. • Stock control: receive stock, write off breakage, low-stock warnings, soft or hard limits. BUILT FOR THE TREASURER • Monthly revenue and stock reports. • Member ageing — who owes what, and for how long. • CSV export for your accounts. Xero sync is on the roadmap. • Sales and payments are append-only: corrections are recorded, never erased. Every setting change notes who flicked the switch. RUNS ON WHAT YOU ALREADY OWN An Android tablet behind the bar, or any web browser. No proprietary hardware, no card-reader lock-in, no per-drink fees, no contract. FREE FOR SMALL CLUBS TillKiller is free for small clubs — every feature, the whole trust dial, all the reports. Community groups, brigades and hardship cases: ask us about sponsored access. Made in Aotearoa New Zealand for the clubs that keep their communities running.
