Bright Pattern Mobile is a contact center agent app for handling live customer voice calls, chats, and other interactions on the go. During an active voice call, the app uses a persistent “Ongoing call” notification so the agent can keep talking with the microphone while the app is in the background. This notification appears when a call starts and disappears when the call ends. Bright Pattern allows your business to engage with customers across all channels and effortlessly switch between channels without losing the context of the conversation.
