Vinci Live

Vinci is a personal CRM that helps you remember to stay in touch with the people who matter; family, friends, clients, recruiters, anyone you don't want to lose track of. Log a quick note after a call or conversation, set a follow-up reminder, and let Vinci nudge you when it's time to reach out again. Everything is stored on your own Nextcloud server; never on Vinci's or anyone else's servers. KEY FEATURES Interaction logging: record calls, meetings, emails, messages, and social media interactions with type, reason, and outcome Social media: log interactions on LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, and more, with the correct platform icon shown in your history Follow-up reminders: set a reminder and get nudged via Tasks.org integration Call history matching: automatically links your phone's call log to logged interactions Tags & filters: organize interactions and contacts with custom tags Starred contacts: quick access to the people you check in with most Birthday tracking: see upcoming birthdays at a glance File attachments: attach documents, photos, or PDFs to any interaction, stored on Nextcloud (with an option to keep local copies for offline access) WhatsApp & Signal shortcut: message a contact's number directly from Vinci Markdown & CSV export: export your interaction history, per contact or in full Text size: choose from Small, Default, Large, or Extra Large to suit your preference Light & dark themes, with a clean, modern design PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN Vinci does not have its own servers and does not collect or transmit your data anywhere. All contacts, notes, and attachments are stored on your own Nextcloud instance via WebDAV and CardDAV. Optional biometric app lock keeps your contact history protected on-device. Vinci reads your contacts from your device's address book; sync your Nextcloud contacts to your phone first using DAVx5 (or another CardDAV app) so they appear in Vinci. OPEN SOURCE Vinci is free, open source software (GPLv3), with no ads and no tracking. Source code is available on GitHub. If Vinci is useful to you, consider supporting development with a small donation; there's a link in Settings. PART OF A SUITE Vinci is part of a small family of privacy-first, open source Nextcloud apps by andrei BARBURAS, including Nóta (notes), Merk (bookmarks), and Blik (screenshot manager). Check Settings for links to the others. REQUIREMENTS A self-hosted or hosted Nextcloud instance DAVx5 (or similar) for contact sync Optional: Tasks.org for follow-up reminders
