IDP MIS Digitalization Live

BRAC IDP MIS — Integrated Field Management for Extreme-Poor Communities The official field application for BRAC's Integrated Development Programme (IDP) — purpose-built for frontline workers and managers operating in Bangladesh's most remote and underserved regions, including haors, chars, and indigenous tracts. WHAT IT DOES This app connects the entire IDP programme into a single, unified platform — tracking every household's progress across economic graduation, health, education, WASH, and climate resilience interventions, all through one Unique Household ID. KEY FEATURES Offline-first data collection — Enter survey data, log daily activities, and update household profiles with zero connectivity. Data syncs automatically when you reach a network. Unified household profiles — View each family's complete journey across all IDP sectors in one place, preventing data silos and revealing real integration impact. Multi-level dashboards — Branch managers track daily targets; regional managers monitor resource allocation; head office reviews long-term impact and donor KPIs — each role sees what matters most. Automated quality controls — Built-in logic checks and mandatory photo evidence fields flag errors before they reach the database, ensuring data integrity across the programme. Real-time programme modules — Covers Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG), Health & Nutrition (HNPP), Education, and WASH tracking — all in one app. WHO IT'S FOR Community Organizers, Shasthya Kormis, field supervisors, branch managers, regional coordinators, and head office programme teams working within the BRAC IDP framework. WHY IT MATTERS When health, education, and economic data are connected at the household level, programmes adapt faster, resources reach further, and families move out of extreme poverty sooner. This app makes that convergence possible — in the field, in real time, wherever you work.
