SIAP (Sistem Integrasi Analisis Penanganan) adalah aplikasi mobile operasional resmi yang dikembangkan oleh PT BPR Sukabumi (Perseroda) untuk mendukung produktivitas, efektivitas, dan akuntabilitas kerja para Account Officer (AO), Petugas Funding, serta Tenaga Pemasaran di lapangan. Aplikasi ini mengintegrasikan seluruh alur kerja harian petugas lapangan ke dalam satu platform digital yang aman, efisien, dan terhubung langsung dengan sistem basis data perbankan PT BPR Sukabumi (Perseroda). Fitur Utama Aplikasi SIAP: 1. MANAJEMEN & MONITORING NPL (Non-Performing Loan) • Pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil kunjungan lapangan (field visit report) debitur bermasalah secara langsung. • 5 Indikator Hasil Kunjungan: Pemantauan status debitur (Terkonfirmasi, Alamat Pindah, Belum Mampu Bayar, Komitmen Janji Bayar, hingga Realisasi Pembayaran). • Eksekusi Strategi Penyelesaian Kredit: Pencatatan opsi restrukturisasi kredit, novasi, subrogasi, penjualan aset/AYDA, hingga pembayaran bertahap. • Dokumentasi Foto & Geotagging: Pengambilan foto kondisi debitur/agunan dengan validasi koordinat GPS di lokasi kunjungan. 2. PIPELINE MARKETING (Prospek Kredit, Tabungan, & Deposito) • Pengelolaan prospek nasabah potensial secara terstruktur dan terukur. • Produk Pembiayaan/Kredit: Kredit Mantap, Kredit Mitra, Primas, dan Sahabat Mikro. • Produk Simpanan/Tabungan: SiBarokah, SiWajar, Tapak, Tahara, dan TabunganKu. • Produk Investasi/Deposito: Penempatan Deposito Berjangka (1, 3, 6, dan 12 Bulan). • Pemantauan Alur Pipeline: Pelacakan tahapan prospek mulai dari tahap Prospek, Proses Survei, Keputusan Analisa, Permohonan, hingga Realisasi (Closing). 3. INPUT DATA FUNDING (Penghimpunan DPK) • Pencatatan perolehan nasabah penabung dan deposan baru secara real-time. • Pengelolaan data pembukaan rekening simpanan dan rincian perolehan setoran dana pihak ketiga. • Rekapitulasi target dan realisasi perolehan dana per AO maupun per kantor cabang penugasan. • Upload berkas administrasi dan bukti verifikasi pembukaan rekening langsung dari ponsel. Keunggulan Sistem: ✓ Terintegrasi Jaringan Kantor Cabang: Mendukung operasional seluruh jaringan kantor PT BPR Sukabumi (KPNO, KPO, Cisaat, Cibadak, Cicurug, Cisolok, Sagaranten, Jampangkulon, Kalapanunggal, Cikembar). ✓ Keamanan & Otorisasi Berjenjang: Pengamanan data berbasis peran (Role-Based Access) untuk Account Officer, Kasie Pemasaran, Pimpinan Cabang, hingga Tim Pusat. ✓ Paperless & Akuntabel: Mempercepat alur pelaporan, validasi data kunjungan, dan meminimalisir kesalahan administrasi manual.
