DeePace: Walking & Tai Chi Live

DeePace builds a training plan around your life — and moves at the pace you can actually keep. Most fitness apps ask you to fit into their program. DeePace does the opposite: your plan is shaped by your level, your schedule, and the time you actually have. YOUR PLAN Answer a few questions and get a 28-day Tai Chi and walking plan. It tells you what to do today — no decisions, no guesswork, no endless scrolling before you start. WORKOUT LIBRARY Browse Tai Chi, indoor walking, mobility, and calisthenics sessions you can do at home. No equipment, no experience needed. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Keep your steps, calories, water, and weight in one place. The focus is consistency — how often you show up, not how hard you pushed. BUILT FOR REAL WEEKS Missed a day? Nothing resets. No streak shaming, no guilt screens. You pick up where you left off. WORKS WITH HEALTH CONNECT Connect Health Connect to bring in your steps and calories automatically. It's optional and off by default — you can enter everything manually instead, and disconnect any time in your device settings. SUBSCRIPTION DeePace is free to use with a limited set of features. Full access is available through an auto-renewing subscription, offered on a monthly or 3-month basis. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
