Apeiron CAD

Apeiron CAD connects security guards with their company’s dispatch team. Sign in with the account provided by your company to manage your shift, complete patrol rounds and document your work. YOUR SHIFT, IN ONE PLACE • Clock in and out, see your duty status and share status changes with dispatch. • Use Home for rounds, DAR entries, incidents, the map and daily activity. • Find upcoming shifts and shift history under Schedule. • Receive company notices about schedules, time-card changes and operational activity. ORDERED PATROL ROUNDS • Follow the routes configured for your site, one point at a time. • Complete QR or manual checks according to each point’s requirements. • Add observations or record “Unable to check” with a reason. • Continue downloaded routes offline and synchronize saved progress when connected. INCIDENTS AND REPORTS • Create an incident with its type, priority, site or off-site address, specific location and safety concerns. • Review assigned incidents and their details. • Save report drafts, attach photos and record optional voice notes. • Add DAR entries and clock-out notes to document your shift. TEAM COORDINATION • View your company’s sites, checkpoints, team and calls on the map. • Read BOLOs, acknowledge new items and manage your own entries while on shift. • Find team information, post orders and directed checks under More. • Hold SOS to send an emergency alert to dispatch. OFFLINE RECOVERY Saved drafts, downloaded routes and queued clock-out entries remain on the phone when connectivity is interrupted. Work synchronizes with its original recorded times when a connection and valid sign-in are available. Previously verified account and app-version rules still apply. LOCATION AND PRIVACY Location sharing supports coordination during an active shift, including background use. Clock-in explains this sharing and requests permission. Clock-out stops active sharing; dispatch-initiated closure stops it when the app receives or checks that closure. Viewing the map while off duty does not start tracking. READABLE ON YOUR PHONE Home, Schedule and More keep everyday work organized. Larger accessibility text is supported, with a Screen chooser when tab labels need more space. Apeiron CAD requires an account from a participating security company. Feature availability depends on your company’s configuration and permissions.
