Adminished: Run Your Club Live

Stop juggling spreadsheets, group chats, a cash tin and a folder of paper forms. Adminished is one app that runs your whole club — martial arts, dance, music, sports, Scout and youth groups, tutoring and after-school clubs. Attendance, payments, messaging and scheduling live in one place, so the admin takes minutes instead of evenings and you get back to actually coaching. Free to start, and free forever under a small-club limit. Paid plans scale by size as you grow, priced in your local currency. Every feature is on every plan — you pay for size, not to unlock tools. No ads, and we never sell member data. ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS • Mark a whole class present, late, excused or no-show on a fast tap register • Excused and no-show absences never trigger a charge — a sick child is never billed by mistake • Class lists and full attendance history for every session • A trusted parent can take the register for you when you are running the room PAYMENTS WITHOUT THE CHASING • Parents pay by card — online, by QR code, or at the door • See who has paid and who is overdue at a glance • Top up member balances and check out several children, classes or items in one go • Set sibling and group rates • Cash and bank transfers you record stay free (0%); card payments carry a small 1% platform fee (the card processor's own cost is separate) MESSAGING THAT REACHES EVERYONE • Announce to the whole club or just one class • Schedule a broadcast to send later • Run a poll to pick a date or settle a group decision • Parents and members get every message by email too — nobody is left out SCHEDULING & MONEY ADMIN • A calendar to plan your season and every session • Coach pay totals each coach's sessions and hours by rate, then exports a clean CSV (it does the maths and the export — it is not tax filing) • Reports and CSV export across your whole club LESS PAPERWORK, MORE TIME • Parents self-register with a join code — you never re-key a form • Multi-guardian support links co-parents and grandparents to one child • A public club page so new families can find and join you online • Badges and grades — Scout badges, martial-arts grades, music exam passes, dance certifications • Events, camps and interest lists with online booking and sibling discounts • Venues, bookings and equipment tracking AND THE SERIOUS STUFF IS HANDLED TOO • Track safeguarding and background-check clearance status and expiry per person, so nothing lapses unnoticed • Capture consent forms, custom waivers, emergency contacts and medical notes at sign-up • E-sign documents — typed name, timestamp and audit trail, no printing or scanning • Role-based access for assistant coaches, so people see only what they need • Per-club data isolation, data encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords hashed with bcrypt, and a 30-day deletion commitment — see the public Security page GROW WITHOUT SWITCHING One login runs multiple activities.
