Notify Merchants

1. Purpose of Data Collection This application is designed for merchants or sellers only to receive and manage notifications of incoming bank transfers related to sales transactions. The app securely stores transaction information in Supabase and delivers real-time notifications through WebSocket and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). We do not process, hold, or transfer money on behalf of users, and the app does not provide financial services to buyers or consumers. 2. Information We Collect We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the app effectively, including: Basic transaction details (amount, reference numbers, date and time) Device identifiers or FCM tokens for push notifications User identifiers (such as email or user ID) used for authentication 3. Data Storage and Processing All data is securely stored in Supabase, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. All communications between the app and servers are encrypted using HTTPS/WSS protocols. We do not store or access sensitive financial credentials on user devices. 4. How We Use the Data Collected data is used solely to: Notify users of received bank transfers Display transaction history within the app We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties under any circumstances. 5. Data Disclosure We may disclose information only when required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process. 6. Data Security To ensure the safety of user data, we implement: Encryption of data in transit and at rest Access-control restrictions to authorized personnel only Regular security reviews and system monitoring 7. User Consent By using this application, you consent to our collection and use of transaction information solely for the purpose of providing merchant notification and transaction display functionality. 8. Data Deletion Users may request deletion of their account or stored data at any time by contacting our support team via the email address below. Upon verification, your data will be permanently removed from our systems. 9. Intended Users This application is intended for sellers and merchants only. It is designed to assist businesses or sales operators in monitoring payment receipts. The app is not intended for buyers, general consumers, or personal financial management. No payment or fund transfer can be initiated from within the app.
