Barva Cloud Live

Barva is the employee app for hospitality teams — bars, restaurants, cafés and venues. Stay on top of your schedule, track your hours and manage everything about your work life from your pocket. YOUR ROTA, ALWAYS WITH YOU See your published shifts at a glance. Know exactly when and where you’re working, your role for each shift, and what’s coming up this week. CLOCK IN AND OUT Start and end your shifts straight from your phone, with your location confirmed automatically. Keep an eye on your hours worked and stay on top of your timesheet. PICK UP OPEN SHIFTS Want more hours? Browse shifts that need covering and claim the ones that suit you — no back-and-forth messaging required. BOOK TIME OFF Request holiday and leave in seconds, and track whether it’s been approved — all in one place. SET YOUR AVAILABILITY Let your manager know when you can and can’t work, so your rota fits around your life. SUBMIT EXPENSES Snap and submit work expenses on the go, and keep track of what’s been paid. STAY IN THE LOOP Get push notifications when a new rota is published, when your shift changes, when time off is approved, and when shifts become available to claim. ONE PLACE FOR EVERYTHING View your profile and employment details, manage your notification preferences, and keep your information up to date. Barva is provided by your employer as part of the Barva Cloud platform. You’ll need an account from your workplace to sign in.
