leva+ ist die Softwarelösung für die effiziente und lückenlose Prozessorganisation bei interdisziplinären Einsätzen im Bereich Schwergutlogistik und Gerätevermietung. Die Module von leva+ unterstützen vom Verkauf über die Planung und Disposition bis zur Einsatzabwicklung und der Fakturierung. Sie liefern auch bei komplexen Ausgangslagen jederzeit eine gute Übersicht. leva+ liefert alle für einen Einsatz relevanten Daten direkt auf das Tablet des Fahrers. So sind Kontakte, Standorte, der Einsatzplan sowie die wichtigen Dokumente jederzeit und überall digital abrufbar. Highlights On- und Offline Mit der mobilen Einsatzabwicklung von leva+ haben Mitarbeitende jederzeit alle nötigen Informationen und Daten zur Hand – auch ohne funktionierende Internetverbindung arbeiten sie normal weiter und synchronisieren die Daten, sobald wieder Verbindung vorhanden ist. Periodische Synchronisation: Die Einsatzdetails werden periodisch synchronisiert. So ist sichergestellt, dass auch kurzfristige Änderungen des Einsatzes beim Fahrer ankommen. Alles im Überblick: Neben den einsatzspezifischen Informationen werden dem Fahrer auch die Kontaktinformationen wichtiger Ansprechpartner, einsatzrelevante Dokumente sowie die Einsatzpläne der am Auftrag beteiligten Kollegen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die GPS-Koordinaten der Einsatz- oder Be- und Entladeorte ermöglicht die Navigation über die korrespondierende Navigations-App. Elektronische Rapportierung: Auf Basis der erfassten Mitarbeiterzeiten wird mit wenig Klicks der Kundenrapport generiert und vom Kunden vor Ort unterschrieben. Automatischer Rapportversand: Unterschriebene Rapporte werden vom System generiert, automatisch versendet und stehen im Backoffice bereits beim Verlassen der Baustelle zur Verrechnung bereit.
