Uniserve

Uniserve is a room and examination booking system for institutions. See every venue you have and exactly what is booked in it. When someone books a room, those hours are held immediately, so nobody else can take them and nobody arrives to find the room occupied. BOOKING Book any free venue for your class or department. Rooms that need approval go to whoever approves them automatically and stay held while they decide. Release a booking you no longer need and the hours open up for everyone else straight away. EXAM TIMETABLES Publish the exam timetable by uploading it — a photo of the printed sheet, a PDF, or a Word file. Uniserve reads it, matches the venue names and books every sitting. Where two classes share a venue, it books it once and carries both. Every class is then told where and when they sit. APPROVALS Approve or decline requests for shared venues from your phone, or straight from the email. Each request arrives with the details written out, and the venue stays held until you decide. MAINTENANCE Close a venue for repairs and it becomes unbookable by everyone, including the examinations office. ADMINISTRATION Add your venues and their capacities, upload the list of representatives, and see every booking in one place. Rename the roles to suit your institution — a hospital's "principal" might be a medical superintendent. Uniserve keeps each institution's venues, people and bookings entirely separate from every other institution's. Access is by invitation only: your institution puts you on its register, and nobody else can create an account. Set your account up on the web at uniserve-chs.web.app, then sign in here with your password.
