Full description

Most people try to quit through willpower. NewDay takes a different approach. Pornography addiction isn't a character flaw. It's a learned pattern built on an illusion. NewDay helps you see through that illusion using a structured framework grounded in psychology, not shame. What makes NewDay different Every other app gives you a streak counter and tells you to resist harder. NewDay dissolves the desire itself. When you understand what the habit actually is, and what it isn't, the compulsion loses its grip. When the urge hits A guided 3-minute session meets you at your most vulnerable moment. Not with a cold timer. With questions that examine what's actually driving it, and reframes that change how it feels before you act. Your recovery arc Seven stages from withdrawal through genuine freedom. Each stage unlocks as your brain recalibrates. The content meets you where you are, not where you were last week. Know your triggers Log check-ins over time and NewDay maps your patterns: time of day, emotional state, circumstance. Knowing what's coming before it arrives is the first form of protection. Daily reframe A new insight every morning. Takes 60 seconds. Shifts how you think about the habit before the day puts it in front of you. Built for privacy Your journal entries and sessions stay yours. No social feeds, no public accountability, no shame spiral. Free forever. Premium adds stage-specific daily reframes for all seven stages, your trigger map, personalized AI support in guided sessions, and a daily reflection.
