The system comprises two coordinated components: a task portal for parents and a mobile app for teenagers. Parents use the task portal to centrally manage tasks and workflows. Here, they can plan and structure tasks while actively coordinating them within the family's daily life. This creates a clear overview of upcoming items, completed tasks, and areas requiring attention. The portal serves as an organizational hub where parents can establish the framework for recurring routines and specific assignments. The mobile app is designed specifically for teenagers. It displays relevant tasks in a clear, mobile-friendly view covering the current day, the week, and beyond. Tasks can be opened, reviewed, and completed directly within the app. Depending on the task, users can access details, instructions, and descriptions. If proof of completion is required, users can document the work with a photo. This makes completing daily tasks simple and transparent. Additionally, the app supports daily use with features such as synchronization, activity history, status indicators, and notifications. Teenagers can see not only their current tasks but also what has already been completed and how their progress is evolving. Gamification elements enhance the experience by visualizing progress and activity, thereby boosting motivation in everyday life. Planissimo thus combines organization, transparency, and mobile accessibility into a single solution: parents manage and guide activities via the task portal, while teenagers handle their tasks independently and clearly within the app. This makes family life more structured, transparent, and easier to manage.
