Noope Live

You don't have a knowledge problem. You have a moment-of-decision problem. Noope is a simple scoreboard for saying no to what's in the way — sugar, alcohol, smoking, scrolling, whatever you're trying to quit. Every refusal is two taps. The streak grows. The win becomes visible. WHY IT WORKS The decision window is seconds. You see the thing. You feel the pull. Your brain does its pitch. Then you say no, or you say yes. Every time you say no, nothing happens — no dopamine, no reward, no record. Saying yes produces pleasure. The math is rigged against you. Noope fixes that by making the no the win. FEATURES • Two-tap logging. Pick a difficulty, pick a situation, save. Log in the moment or hours later. • Honest streaks. One slip breaks it. Empty days stay neutral.
