Full description
Most habit trackers ask one question: did you do it? Mitia asks how much. A habit tracker for ADHD that counts half days, has no streaks to break and works offline on your phone. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 47. Before that I spent decades thinking I was simply bad at sticking with things, and every habit tracker I tried agreed with me: tick or no tick. Mitia is the habit tracker I needed back then. ONE TAP, OR A SCALE FROM 0 TO 5 A check-in is a tap. Tap again to clear it. Hold to open the scale from 0 to 5, because a short walk and an hour outside are not the same thing. A deliberate 0 counts as an entry too: "not today" is a decision, not a gap. WHAT MITIA TRACKS Habits that don't look the same every day: exercise, meds, drinking water, reading, tidying up, going to bed early. Each habit gets a weekly or monthly target, a time, a category and, if you like, a reminder. That is all a habit tracker for ADHD has to do for me. Anything beyond that turns your routine into admin work. BUILT FOR ADHD BRAINS No streak counter punishes a quiet Tuesday here. The overview shows sixteen weeks at once, and across sixteen weeks a thin week looks like what it is: a thin week in a routine that is still there. Forgotten days can be filled in later from the month calendar. And if you come back after a few days away, Mitia welcomes you instead of scolding you. FOUR WAYS TO SEE YOUR HABITS Overview gives each habit a heat map across the weeks. Today shows what is still open. Last 5 days is for catching up. History lays out a full year, one habit at a time. Categories and a filter keep the list to what matters right now. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS The Today widget shows the day's habits, a second widget a single habit. With Mitia Pro you check in right from the widget, without opening the app. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE Daily, at your time. Once you have checked in, the day goes quiet. Once your weekly target is met, the week does. An important reminder, for meds for example, gets through Do Not Disturb. And when it all gets to be too much, one switch mutes every reminder. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No account, no cloud, no ads. Your habits and check-ins live in a database on your phone and nowhere else, and Mitia works fully offline. I cannot see any of it. Export takes everything with you as a file, to a new phone for example. What the data safety section above lists has two reasons: purchases go through Google Play and RevenueCat with an anonymous ID. And Mitia counts anonymously how often the app is opened. No habit and no check-in ever leaves your phone for that. FREE AND PRO Three habits free, with everything around them: every view, every reminder, the export. Mitia Pro lifts the limit and adds the statistics and checking in from the widget. Checking in inside the app is never behind the paywall, in any version. Pro comes as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK Do I need an account? No. Mitia starts without signing up. What if I forget a day? Nothing happens. Fill it in later or leave it empty. There is no streak to break. Does Mitia help with ADHD? Mitia is not a treatment. It shows what you get done, half days included. Mitia speaks English, German and Spanish and follows your phone, down to the first day of the week.

What's new

Mitia now speaks Spanish, in the app, in the widgets and under What's new. You choose the language under Settings, Language. The week also starts on the same day as on your phone.
