Captain ADHD Live

Most ADHD apps are planners. They assume you'll plan. Captain ADHD assumes today might be hard — and works anyway. START WITH THE FREE SCREENER The ASRS v1.1 six-question screener — the instrument used in clinical settings — in about a minute. You get a clear result and something useful to bring to a doctor. It is a screening tool, not a diagnosis: only a qualified clinician can diagnose ADHD. A COMPANION, NOT ANOTHER SYSTEM TO MAINTAIN • Morning check-in — thirty seconds. How much energy you have, what's on your mind. The Captain answers, and picks a card that matches your answer. • 90 daily cards across eight themes: time blindness, executive function, self-compassion, sleep, relationships, hyperfocus, emotional regulation and organisation. • Evening wind-down — close the day, leave one thing for tomorrow, and breathe for ninety seconds. TOOLS FOR THE ACTUAL PROBLEM • A focus timer that starts at 2 minutes, because entry cost is everything • Decision Taker — a spinning ship's wheel for decision paralysis, with a gut check afterwards that is the part that really works • Overwhelm mode — one instruction at a time, nothing else on screen • Gentle reminders that re-nudge half an hour later instead of giving up on you • Focus sounds — brown, pink and white noise, rain, waves and wind ZERO GUILT, BY DESIGN The streak forgives a missed day by default. Cancelling a timer costs you nothing. There are no red marks, no shaming, no "you broke your streak" — and nothing in this app that can be failed. YOUR ANSWERS STAY ON YOUR PHONE No account. Nothing to sign up for. Your screening result, your check-ins and anything you write are stored on your device and never sent anywhere. Uninstalling deletes all of it. The app goes online for one thing: if you subscribe, it checks with our payment provider that your subscription is still active. That check carries nothing about you and nothing about your health. No ads, no trackers, no data selling, ever. CAPTAIN PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) Daily check-ins with the Captain, the evening wind-down ritual, overwhelm mode, the weekly recap, focus sounds, the full card archive and unlimited reminders. Everything else stays free, forever. Made for adults with ADHD. Available in English, Spanish, French and Italian, with five themes including a high-contrast option.
