HydrUP – Water Reminder

HydrUP helps you keep track of what you drink: a goal that explains itself, gentle reminders and a living valley that grows with every successful day. THE LIVING VALLEY AND ITS BESTIARY Every successful day makes something grow in your valley. Animals move around in it; the scenery follows the seasons, day and night, and the national holidays of your country. 15 companions each live in their own scenery; pin your favourites. Power saving mode calms the animations by itself. Badges reward consistency, never quantity. A GOAL THAT IS EXPLAINED, NOT MADE UP • Base reference: EFSA values, 1.6 L of drinks a day for a woman, 2 L for a man, 1.8 L if you prefer not to say. • Sport: +250 ml per 30 minutes (up to 1.5 L). Heat: at least 2, 2.5 or 3 L; tell HydrUP or turn on weather (optional): your location is rounded to about 10 km on the phone and never stored; the day's temperature is shared across your devices. • "Where does this number come from?" cites every source. You can set your own goal. REMINDERS, LOCK SCREEN AND WIDGETS • Automatic reminders, or set them yourself in Settings; quiet when you are ahead, never at night. • "Not so fast": after more than 1 L in an hour, a pause, not a reward. • Optional tracking notification and Android widgets, 2×2 and 4×2. MY STREAK, AND AMONG FRIENDS (OPTIONAL, 18 AND OVER) One grace day a week, earned by watching a short video, protects your streak, and pause mode (21 days a year, with a FirUP account) freezes it. A streak can't be bought. With a FirUP account, invite someone by link or QR code: your friends see your streak and whether you succeeded today, never your amounts. Four preset cheers, no free text and no ranking, a two-person streak is possible. Stopping sharing erases your friends data. For people aged 18 and over. OPTIONAL PURCHASES Tracking is free. The shop also offers, if you like: • scenery (Mountain, Seaside, Japanese garden, Oasis, Starry night, Golden autumn in season); • companions (otter, fox, grey seal, sea turtle, gazelle, tanuki, sika deer, fawn…); • icons, widget styles, reminder sounds and limited editions tied to holidays; • bundles, including "Unlock everything": all cosmetic content, current and future. Bought one at a time, once, with no subscription, yours for good ("Restore my purchases", Google Play or FirUP account). Preview a scene in your own valley before buying. Everything is cosmetic: tracking, goal and reminders are the same for everyone. ADS HydrUP may show discreet ads (a banner, a "Sponsored" card on Today), never full screen. Videos are optional: you start them to get your grace day or try a scene. Non-personalised by default; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a consent message lets you choose. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE • Without an account, HydrUP works offline: your HydrUP data stays on the phone. • Optional FirUP account: online backup and sync (settings, entries, streak, country, purchases), no password. Your country is used for holidays, never for advertising. • With ads, Google AdMob may use the phone's advertising ID (resettable in Android). • CSV or JSON export, full erase, no data sold, hosted in France. • Privacy: https://account.firup.app/legal/privacy/hydrup GOOD TO KNOW In English, French and Spanish. HydrUP does not provide medical advice: its goals are indicative and designed for adults; pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or treatment can change your needs. If in doubt, ask a doctor.
