Reporting is aggregated, and Butters does not rank or score staff. HOW ACCOUNTS WORK Butters is invite only. Your manager or owner creates your account. There is no public sign-up, so if you have downloaded this without an invite you will not be able to sign in. PRIVACY Butters is a workplace tool. Your employer decides how it is used and what is recorded. Data is stored in Canada.
