Seen Live

A resume can't hold a room. Everyone is using the same AI to write the same resume. Yours reads like theirs. Seen is the deliberate opposite: a 90-second video bio that shows who you are, how you think, and how you communicate. Presence over profile. THE PROBLEM WITH EVERY OTHER APPROACH AI-generated resumes. AI-generated cover letters. Optimized keywords, tailored bullet points, the same five power verbs. Every candidate now arrives looking identical on paper, and recruiters have stopped believing any of it. You cannot win a race where everyone has the same tool. You win by not running it. Ninety seconds of you talking is the one signal that can't be generated, optimized or faked. It's also the only thing that answers the question a recruiter is actually asking: would I want to work with this person? HOW IT WORKS 1. Answer a few AI-guided prompts, calibrated to where you are in your career — starting out, growing, or making a senior move. 2. Get talking points, not a script. Reminders on screen while you record, so you never face a blank page. 3. Record in the app. Practice take, framing guide, lighting check, three takes max. Pick the one that felt most like you. 4. Go live. Captions are generated and reviewed automatically, so you're discoverable — and accessible — from the moment you publish. We use AI to help you prepare. We never use it to speak for you. WHAT YOU GET Your own presence page A video bio, your experience in context, your skills, and a shareable link you can drop on any platform. Kudos, not self-promotion Ask former colleagues and managers to vouch for you. Real proof from people who worked with you, on your profile. Control over who sees you Three visibility levels: discoverable by everyone, specific industries only, or link-only and completely hidden from search. Currently employed? Stay invisible to recruiters until you choose otherwise. Analytics that mean something See profile views, saves, and inbound outreach. Every view notification tells you the recruiter's role and company — so you know who's watching. Outreach with context Recruiters reach out with the role and company visible before you open the message. Decline anything irrelevant with no penalty and no awkwardness. Board and advisory Signal you're open to board seats, advisory work and fractional roles alongside your main profile. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone whose work is about judgement, communication and how they show up with people. Sales and account management. Hospitality and retail leadership. Healthcare and care work. Teaching and training. Trades and skilled work. Marketing, operations, HR and customer-facing roles of every kind. Creative and professional services. Product, design and go-to-market. If a PDF was never going to capture what makes you good at your job, this is for you. Whatever your industry, whatever stage of your career — stand out from a stack that all reads alike. Get seen. Seen requires an active subscription for your profile to be discoverable by recruiters. Building your profile and recording your video is free.
